Without question, we would recommend Sue Turner to anybody looking to sell their home. From the beginning, Sue aggressively marketed our home and was very responsive to any issues that we had. Our sale was a bit out of the ordinary in that the buyers wanted to take possession prior to closing. This has several risks in it for the seller. Sue wrote the contract that reduced these risks and accelerated the closing time. All in all, it was a very painless process, much of which we attribute to Sue.

Sue Turner by far gave me the best customer service I've ever received from a realtor. She also was great at being the middle person between me and the builder through a challenging process throughout the completion of my home. She is very polished at presenting my needs and frustrations in a way that motivates the builder to step up to the tasks. The last month there was a lot of issues outstanding that wasn't getting done and she was on him via email, text and phone to make sure he got things done.

She was in constant contact regarding feedback on our listing from online marketing reports, multiple showings and contact with various leads from out of state buyers.
